The buying and financing process

The client concludes a reservation contract with the developer of the project, Doma je Doma, and pays a one-time reservation fee of CZK 100-200 thousand depending on the size of the unit. We will be happy to discuss in detail the options for financing the property together, our experts will go through all the options with you and present you with a range of advantageous mortgage loans from Czech banks.
on the future contract
After the building permit for the reserved property and the related infrastructure becomes legally valid, the developer will invite the client to conclude a future purchase contract and pay the first instalment of the purchase price in the amount of 15% of the total price of the property, including VAT, less the reservation fee already paid.
The remaining part of the purchase price in the amount of 85% will be paid by the buyer after the building is approved. So, unlike other projects, you don't deal with the mortgage or interim payments now, but can wait for a more favourable offer from the banks. If, on the other hand, you are planning to pay a larger part of the purchase price in cash, we will be happy to prepare an individual offer of a discount for an accelerated payment schedule.
