Location and Accessibility
To be able to call your property a real home, it is important to achieve maximum symbiosis with its surroundings. We are therefore building the TRIO Radotín project in the centre of the existing Radotín development, just a few steps from the railway station, a picturesque stream and, above all, all civic amenities. We want you to feel part of the community, your children to make great friends, you to love the local businesses and spend as much of your free time as possible in Radotín. The three TRIO Radotín apartment buildings are being built near the planned building of the new Prague 16 Town Hall, which is part of the overall architectural concept of the site and will share design and material standards with the neighbouring apartments. Thanks to this, the location in the very heart of Radotín will be elevated and you will have all the services of the local government just a few steps from your door.
Nature at your fingertips
In the case of the TRIO Radotín project, proximity to nature is not a cliché, but a fact. In addition to the picturesque Berounka River, there are the natural monuments Radotínské skály and Černé rokle and nature reserves Staňkovka and Klapice within walking distance from the houses. The border of the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area is exactly 300 metres from the project. Hikers will certainly appreciate the possibility to continue along the red KČT trail to the Brdy ridge.
Great transport accessibility
There are few Prague districts that are not located in the immediate centre of the metropolis, but at the same time have absolutely perfect transport accessibility. And we are lucky that Radotín is one of them. Thanks to the newly reconstructed railway station, you can be at Smíchov and the Main Railway Station in just a few minutes, and motorists will also enjoy the proximity of the D4 (Strakonická), D5 (Plzeňská) and D0 (Pražský okruh) motorways.
Services and leisure
The cultural offer in Radotín is really varied. The modern, recently renovated cinema with a capacity of 154 visitors and 3D technology offers about ten different screenings every week, including art films and expected Hollywood blockbusters. The Koruna Cultural and Community Centre is the real heart of Radotín and its neighbourhood, a meeting place for seniors, young people and mothers with children.
Sports activities
Every athlete will find the activities they desire in Radotín. Near TRIO Radotín there is a multifunctional sports hall with a wide range of ball sports and a climbing wall. We must not forget the legendary Radotín go-karts, tennis courts, swimming pool or the unique outdoor swimming pool in the form of a biotope. And if you still can't get enough, you'll also find other options in the superbly accessible Smichov.
