The company Doma je Doma s.r.o. with registered office at Bílkova 856/18, Praha 1 - Staré Město, ID: 28173848 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), hereby informs all natural persons who have directly or indirectly contacted the Administrator or in any way entered into negotiations with the Administrator for the purpose of expressing interest in the purchase or lease of the real estate constituting the TRIO Radotín development project presented on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Persons"), that the Administrator processes the personal information provided by the Persons for the purpose of presenting the said development project on this website, in which the Administrator has a legitimate interest, and for the purpose of negotiating, concluding and performing the necessary legal negotiations aimed at the transfer of the subject immovable property and the performance of such legal negotiations (e.g. for the purpose of completing the application for the entry of the ownership right into the Land Registry, confirmation of receipt of the purchase price or rent payment, etc.), and for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Administrator set forth in the legal regulations related to the transfer of ownership rights to such immovable property (e.g. tax or accounting obligations or obligations against the legalization of criminal activities, etc.). For the above purposes, the Administrator may also transfer the Personal Data of Persons to third parties cooperating with the Administrator in connection with the sale or lease of the real estate in question, i.e., with a real estate agent (broker), legal, accounting or tax advisors, the operator of this website and the entity that handles the implementation of client changes to the real estate offered. The Administrator is also entitled to pass on the identification and contact details of the owners or tenants of the transferred immovable property to the future unit owners’ association. The Persons whose personal data is processed are entitled to all the rights provided for the protection of personal data under the applicable and effective legislation.
