Introducing TRIO Radotín
TRIO Radotín is a residential project in the city district of the same name, prepared by the renowned developer Doma je Doma. In the very heart of Radotín, we are building three apartment buildings in a unified architectural style, where you will find a total of 205 quality apartments of all standard layouts from 1+kk to 5+kk. The architectural design is inspired by current trends in multifunctional construction abroad and places great emphasis on the quality of materials and long-term sustainability.
Thanks to the cascading design of the three residential towers, you will have plenty of sunshine and a pleasant and healthy climate at home in all seasons. Balconies, terraces or private front gardens of the flats, which are located directly on the green roofs, are a matter of course.
People from all over the world come to Karlštejn and the meanders of the Berounka River, which start just a few steps from the TRIO Radotín project. You will have them at the door. For a daily walk you can go to the Chuchelský Háj, which is the largest ever continuous green area in the capital city.
At the weekend you can ride the waves of the river, go to Great America, to the picturesque hills of Brda or to one of the countless other natural and cultural sights in the immediate vicinity.
The newly reconstructed railway station, located just a few dozen metres from TRIO Radotín, is a practical gateway to the centre of Prague. In just 10 minutes on the S7 line you can be at Smichov (transfer to metro B), in 18 minutes at the Main Railway Station. Accessibility by car is excellent due to the proximity of two motorway connections (D0, D4).
Our project is also directly linked to the A11 cycle route, which connects the south-western part of Prague with the city centre and crosses the picturesque environment of the Czech Karst Protected Landscape Area and the Radotínské skály Park.

If you are a local, you will know Doma je Doma well thanks to the Rezidence Centrum Radotín I project. Our new project TRIO Radotín is therefore a return to a familiar location and to clients who have been asking us for years whether we are preparing something new in Radotín.
